Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 September 2026. By purchasing or using DataStream VPN you agree to these terms.

1. The service

DataStream VPN provides encrypted tunnel connections through our servers using a range of protocols (including OpenVPN, WireGuard and others as made available). The exact protocols offered may change as we add or improve them.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details safe.
• One person/account may register as many devices as they like; the plan sets how many devices may be connected at the same time.
• Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, including copyright infringement, fraud, harassment, or attacks on other systems. We may suspend or terminate service for abuse, with notice where practical.

4. Payments and billing

• Plans are pre-paid for the chosen term and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel renewal from your client area at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid term.
• Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law. See our Refund Policy.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Where a network provider or circumstances beyond our control prevent access, we are not liable for resulting loss.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the affected period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. No logs

We do not log your VPN traffic (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
